阑尾要不要切：
如果阑尾没有发炎，最好不要预防性的就把它割掉。
如果阑尾发炎，绝大多情况下，一出现都是急性的，而且需要立刻马上做手术，否则可能有致命的风险。
而且阑尾炎的疼痛和胃肠道痉挛，一般人很难区分，所以如果有没来由的肚子痛，尽早去医院，千万别耽搁。至于是否需要割掉，最好听从医生的建议（一般情况下会推荐手术治疗）[4]。
