http://finance.sina.com.cn/chanjing/cyxw/20140425/035918916178.shtml<br><div><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;">新华社电(记者 宿亮 黄兴伟)新西兰初级产业部长内森·盖伊和食品安全部长奈凯·凯耶昨天在新闻发布会上说，新西兰约10%的小型婴儿配方奶粉企业很难达到中国国家质检总局定于5月1日实施的奶粉进口新规。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 中国国家质检总局规定，自2014年5月1日起，未经注册的境外生产企业的婴幼儿配方乳粉不允许进口。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 目前，新西兰出口至中国的奶粉品牌超过200个，但新西兰婴儿配方奶粉出口协会成员企业只有13个，不少奶粉属“出口转内销”或在中国“贴牌”。盖伊说，新西兰出口至中国的婴儿配方奶粉中大约有90%由生产企业直接控制，不受新规定影响，但剩余10%可能很难达到中方的要求。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 在新西兰，不少奶粉品牌没有生产厂房，通过与生产企业签订合同获取产品。</p><p style="margin-top: 15px; margin-bottom: 15px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 宋体;"> 新西兰目前每年对华出口奶粉价值约2亿新西兰元，约合1.7亿美元。</p></div>
