钟南山:养殖业滥用抗生素 我不吃又肥又大的鱼

http://news.163.com/15/0308/06/AK5QQU200001124J.html<br><div><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">7日，在广东代表团的分组审议上，全国人大代表、中国工程院院士、广州呼吸疾病研究所所长钟南山表示，被抗生素污染的非水源地水体通过生态循环仍有导致人体细菌耐药性增大的可能。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">钟南山认为，目前我国畜牧业、水产养殖业滥用抗生素现象普遍，是造成水体抗生素污染的重要原因之一。然而，目前畜牧业、水产养殖业使用抗生素处于“都能管、都不管”的局面，他呼吁由更高层部门来破解“多头管理”的难题。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">钟南山介绍，去年发在“科学通报”的一篇题为《中国地表水环境中药物和个人护理品的研究进展》的文章指出，目前我国地表水中含有68种抗生素，且浓度较高。排在前几位的是磺胺类、喹诺酮和头孢菌素，其中部分抗生素在珠江、黄浦江等地的检出频率高达100%。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">钟南山举了一个极端的例子：在广州石井河的一个水段，曾检出磺胺类药浓度达到1080纳克/升，是相关规定上限（100纳克/升）的十倍多。“如果喝这些地方的水，就像是吃药了。细菌对磺胺的耐药性会越来越高。”</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">河流中检出的抗生素从哪里来？钟南山认为，水体中的抗生素主要来源有三个：动物的排泄物、水产养殖业、未达标处理的医疗废水。其中，最让钟南山担忧的是畜牧业、养殖业滥用抗生素带来的污染。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">“长得又肥又大的鱼，我是不吃的。”钟南山表示，畜牧业、水产养殖业所滥用的抗生素转移到人体的可能路径有两种：一是直接食用肉类；二是排泄物污染水体后，经生态循环传递到人体。“这可能会使人体内的细菌耐药性增高。一些抗生素在人、畜身上共用，已经显示出令人担忧的情况。”</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">钟南山说，在美国和欧盟，则已经禁止重要的人用抗生素在动物身上使用了。“他们已经意识到问题的重要性。”</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">钟南山表示，卫生部门认为细菌耐药性增加，要注意养殖业和畜牧业；农业部门则说在动物身上使用抗生素，可以促生长、预防和治疗疾病。“现在是公说公有理婆说婆有理。什么标准才是合适的，如何加强监管，应该有更高层的部门来协调。”</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">“现在是谁都能管，谁都不管。”钟南山表示，畜牧、水产养殖使用抗生素其实是相关方案规定的，但是没人去管理和执法。“等到问题很严重了再来处理，就来不及了。”</p></div>
