央视曝中药材市场黑幕:栀子染色 柴胡合格率为0

http://news.163.com/15/0207/17/AHSA108A0001124J.html<div><br></div><div><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">为了进一步加强中药材专业市场药材质量监督，近日国家食品药品监督管理总局组织开展了专项行动，对河北、安徽、河南、湖南等地的中药材市场进行了暗访检查。行动中发现个别市场中非法加工现象严重，卫生条件令人担忧。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;"><b>摊晒药材夹杂动物粪便</b></p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;"><b>药材用染色剂浸泡</b></p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">在河南禹州的中药材市场记者看到，在马路边、停车场等开放场所随意摊开晾晒中药材的现象十分普遍，垃圾充斥其中，甚至在摊晒的药材中还能看到动物的粪便。不仅如此，一些商贩为了牟取暴利还对销售的药材大动手脚，栀子是一种清热泻火的药材，为了让栀子颜色变得更加好看，商贩竟然使用染色剂对药材进行浸泡。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">中药饮片是经过加工炮制后，可直接用于中医临床的中药。根据药品管理法规定，未获得《药品生产许可证》的生产企业一律不得从事中药饮片的生产。但是记者发现，中药饮片加工炮制随处可见，而且大多数都是非地产药材。对此专家表示，药品有其特殊属性，炮制不当药效就会改变，直接影响中药的疗效。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;"><b>市场假药普遍</b></p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;"><b>柴胡抽检合格率为零</b></p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">不仅如此，在暗访中记者还发现，制售假药，以次充好的行为在河南禹州中药材专业市场中也较为普遍，甚至一些临床中的常用药抽检的合格率为零。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">柴胡是临床中治疗感冒发热的常用药，市场中所谓的柴胡不仅价格相差悬殊，形状也各不相同。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">中国药典明确标注柴胡入药只能是根部，但记者发现，市场上能算得上是柴胡的药材，大多都是根和杆掺着一起卖，甚至还有一些商贩干脆直接售卖没有药用价值的柴胡杆，相比于40元左右一公斤的柴胡，柴胡杆的价格只需13元。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">记者在市场转了十几家店铺，几乎没有看到一家卖真正药用柴胡的店铺，在抽检的20家样品中，合格率为零。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">这些所谓的柴胡到底有没有药效？不是正品他们又是什么品种？</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">为了找到答案，央视记者拿着从市场中买到的几种柴胡邀请中国食品药品检定研究院进行了检测。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">经检测，记者购买的样品多数都掺有杂质，而且掺杂的质量还不小。中国食品药品检定研究院中药材室主任魏锋介绍说：“根据我国药品标准规定，柴胡的药用部分是地下的根部，地上的非药用部分是禁止作为柴胡入药的。”</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">此外，在本次查出的假冒柴胡样品中，专家还发现有与药用柴胡同属一科的植物，但它们在化学成分上有相当大的差别。如果入药，可能对人体会产生严重的不良反应。目前，对假冒柴胡的种属检测鉴定还在进一步进行中。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; text-indent: 2em; color: rgb(37, 37, 37); font-family: 宋体, sans-serif; line-height: 24px; text-align: justify;">针对暗访中发现的问题，目前国家食品药品监管总局已通报当地**，协调各有关部门依法进行查处，并要求当地**切实加强中药材市场的管理，坚决取缔各种违法经营、非法加工的行为。</p></div>
