请教Nature Made PrenatalMulti + DHA的问题

教授麻烦请教一下，我现在32岁，在备孕，看到你推荐的Nature Made PrenatalMulti + DHA不错，本来准备在亚马逊买，但是看到他那儿的评价，这款DHA好像含有什么添加剂，原话是“ The ingredients Red 40 (dye), Yellow 6 (dye), Blue 1 (dye) are unecessarily placed into this pill.”，评价不是很好，说容易引起多动症啊之类的，所以有点不敢买这款了，不知道你怎么看呢？

还有现在国内流行的Life‘s DHA，好像说大部分是针对中国在销售，我问了美国的同学，她说她没听过这个牌子，这个牌子到底能不能买呢？还是又是那种国内人为炒火的那种？

还有我估计还有几个月才打算怀孕吧，那我现在可以吃月见草这些其他的保健品不呢？

DO NOT purchase these prenatal vitamins. If you already own them, throw them in the garbage as fast as you can or you can do what I did and get your money back. A sorry payment for such a violating and wrongful doing. I am a new mother of a 12 month old boy. Thinking I was doing something good for my body and baby, I started taking these vitamins on a daily basis 3 months before I became pregnant. After my son was born I nursed him for a year and at that point I realized that I had been ingesting ingredients from this vitamin that I had no idea would have a negative effect on myself and baby. What a let down it was for me to learn I was taking an unsafe and artificial pre-natal vitamin that has the possibility of causing ADHD and damage to brain development.

I especially thought this was a safe and natural product given the name "Nature Made" and the fact that it was the only prenatal vitamin sold at Costco, a company I ignorantly thought would pride itself on trustworthy products. The ingredients Red 40 (dye), Yellow 6 (dye), Blue 1 (dye) are unecessarily placed into this pill.

"Red 40 is scientifically linked a strong way to the onset of ADHD or Attention Deficit Disorder, in young children. Removing Red 40 from the diets of children with ADHD makes an astounding difference in behavior. There is also currently a controversy as to whether or not Red 40 causes cancerous tumor growth, especially in your children."

Nature Made Prenatal Vitamin also contains DHA from anchovy and sardines from an unknown source. When a company doesn't identify the source of their fish oil, we should be questioning the purity of the product. Fish oil has been known to contain mercury, lead, pesticides and other potentially harmful contaminants which can be harmful for mothers and babies. Check out website: [...]. It's a red flag when Nature Made has made two fish oil products that are under scrutiny (lawsuit) for containing the highest amounts of PCBs. According to an article at: [...]

"PCBs are a toxic manmade chemical thought to CAUSE BIRTH DEFECTS, cancer, and disruption to the endocrine, reproduction, immune, and nervous systems, so their presence in a supplement taken strictly for health benefits seems a little counterproductive."

Please DO NOT take these vitamins. I've already been pained and will continue to feel regret for having ingested these prenatal vitamins for such a long period of time. My hope is to get the message across to others mothers and future mommies to be.

这是一个好问题啊
先说Nature Made的评价，你说的这个负面评价，提到下面这几个问题：
1，人工色素40#红色，6#黄色，1#蓝色的问题。

都是2011年5，6月份刚提出的需要FDA去禁止这些人工色素，只是一个建议估计还没有批准。毕竟人工色素已经使用几十年了。
这个用户也是自己得到这方面的消息，但实际她的小孩已经长大了。估计也没多动症，否则早就叫起来。
另外，这个人工色素在儿童糖果上应用很多，五颜六色很吸引小孩。但用在这种鱼油产品上，就算有估计含量也不会象儿童糖果这么高，毕竟这是个大人吃的。

2，另外她提到的鱼油的来源问题，实际上找遍很多产品，能在标签上清清楚楚写是哪些鱼类提取，从哪些海域捕获的产品几乎没有（我没找到）。这些问题估计要问到厂家才能知道。
另外鱼油含PCB，二恶英的问题，我查了一下Consumerlab的第三方对鱼油的检测，虽然检查的是Nature Made的另外一个鱼油产品（Nature Made® One Per Day Fish Oil），不是这个Prenatal产品，但测试是通过没问题的。

对这个妈妈的评价是，过份担心了，知道一点新闻，但过于神经质了。

我举个例子来说，Consumerlab对鱼油的测试，有2个Prenatal Vitamin+DHA产品，都通过了。
其中的一个One A Day Women's Prenatal With DHA Vitamin 90 Day Supply
是德国拜耳集团的产品，但吃起来麻烦些，要一颗维生素片，一粒DHA分别吃。在它维生素片的其它成份中也有人工色素，40#红色，6#黄色：
ther Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium oxide, ferrous fumarate, ascorbic acid, maltodextrin, gelatin, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, niacinamide, zinc oxide, starch, d-calcium pantothenate, titanium dioxide (color), sucrose, silicon dioxide, polyethylene glycol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cupric oxide, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, beta-carotene, FD&C red #40 lake, folic acid, vitamin A acetate, polysorbate 80, soybean oil, biotin, potassium iodide, ascorbyl palmitate, sodium ascorbate, FD&C yellow #6lake, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, FD&C red #40 dye.Contains: soy.

这个产品CL测试通过的，也没多说色素问题。至少说明目前人工色素还是允许的。

另外一个通过测试的产品，正好回答你对Life' DHA的问题。
Brainstrong Brainstrong Prenatal Multivitamin Plus Dha Tablets And Liquid Gels
它用了Life' DHA，海藻提炼的DHA，更安全，毕竟是植物类，是比鱼类在食物链中更底层了，没有PCB，重金属累积的担心。这是新型的DHA来源，是鱼油之外的有益补充，更安全，当然价格更高些。
鱼油产品应该是市场的主流，所以很多人对其它的DHA来源，如海藻提取，磷虾油，鱿鱼油不是很熟悉，产品没鱼油多啊。

所以我的建议是，Nature Made的Prenatal没问题，毕竟还有其它评价说生第一个孩子吃它，现在准备生第二个孩子还要服用。
如果对产品品质更高，愿意服用更多的代价，选我上面提到的Brain Strong牌子有海藻提取DHA的产品会更安全。
另外，备孕就不要吃其它保健品了，这个Prenatal vitamin+DHA就足够了！

另外life'DHA我特别指的NEW Martek Life's DHA这款，因为国内大部分孕妈妈都吃的这款，好像不能上链接，就是绿色标签上面写了Life's DHA那款，
说是中国这边有人专门找 Martek 原料公司询问，然后这个公司才专门做了这款产品销售，因为是原料商，所以很多妈妈都觉得更放心，但是到现在为止，只有这个产品的官网和亚马逊有这个牌子的这个商品销售，没有看到过其他地方有，这个产品如何呢？
