补充个问题，卵磷脂 颗粒的比胶囊的价格低好多。含颗粒推荐含量15克每天比胶囊的要多十来倍。选胶囊主要是因为服用方便么？

1，V家的每天3粒，含量太高了，减半才差不多，不易长期服用
3 F1 Y2 n& A$ O8 L' w) Z! U2，V家的血糖配方，矿物质除了铬就没其它了，草本倒是很全；没血糖因子配方好，当然价格不错，临时可以换它
" Y; s2 O) A; B7 ?3，指哪款呢？可能胶囊是提取物，而颗粒是没提取的，所以推荐含量差异巨大
