海淘风险之四，电商发货，转运没收到

Vitacost发Ontrac去加州转运，转运一直没入库，问了仓库，说签名不是他公司的

现在V家有发转运，丢货/破损不赔的条例了，5月的一单转运没收到，签名可能是另外一家转运的人。
3 t+ a. ~+ w5 t5 ~+ B找了3次客服死活不肯赔或重发，也不肯追Ontrac去调查。

还好是Paypal付款的，先发起个争议再说，再不行就上BBB，毕竟150多刀阿，辛苦钱，陪他们死磕，呵呵
% @% Y# z$ j) c另外，有TX提醒这个签名可能是加州另外一家转运公司的，只能注册了这家转让，麻烦客服去让仓库找找，看能不能挽回损失。

电商发转运，这个阶段出问题是最难追的。
+ L- `$ k; r6 h. E* p6 G风险很大，Amazon，Drugstore服务最好，一般说没收到是会重发的，这是信任

另外，Amazon也出对发往转运的限制了，转运签收后出了损坏/丢失情况的不予赔偿或重发，只能让转让签收时候发现有问题马上拒收。

现在VT家越来越不好玩~~价格不停上涨~~服务又跟不上，只有直邮和能使用PP支付这两个优势了。

教授，我也很悲催，转运说没收到，VT却不肯陪，ONTRAC已经派人去核实并让我联系VT关于索赔的事，但是VT死不认账尽搬些条款过来敷衍，现在几经半个月过去了。请问教授那时的事最终有结果吗？
