margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">针对上述质疑，中国保健协会保健品市场工作委员会秘书长王大宏昨日在中国营养与保健食品市场论坛上告诉《第一财经日报》记者，没有**部门在胶原蛋白类产品抽检中发现激素，也没有人举报类似问题。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">目前国家承认胶原蛋白类产品具有保护皮肤水分、增加骨密度、增强免疫力三种功效，并允许其作为食品原料。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">面对鱼龙混杂的保健品市场，王大宏称，中国保健协会准备建立行业信用体系来应对。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;"><b>胶原蛋白效果争议</b></p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">5月底，微博认证为烧伤主治医师的“烧伤超人阿宝”称，所有口服的胶原保健品，“全部是骗人的”，“吃高价胶原蛋白（肽）美容，无效是最好的结果，如果有效反而危险，因为里面几乎肯定添加了雌激素。”</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">此言得到一些医学专业博友的支持。随后涉及胶原蛋白业务的<a href="http://quotes.money.163.com/1300239.html" style="color: rgb(15, 107, 153);">东宝生物</a>、<a href="http://quotes.money.163.com/1002086.html" style="color: rgb(15, 107, 153);">东方海洋</a>等上市公司股价大跌。一些业内人士坦言，胶原蛋白保健品市场受到了很大冲击。而该风波恰好处于国家食药监总局打击保健食品“四非”专项行动的背景下。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">王大宏告诉本报记者，没有**部门在胶原蛋白类产品抽检中发现激素，也没有人举报类似问题。他欢迎“烧伤超人阿宝”拿出证据去相关部门举报，因为这最多可获得30万元的奖金。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">截至发稿，“烧伤超人阿宝”未回复本报记者。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">人体成分中有16%左右是蛋白质，胶原蛋白在蛋白质中重量占比约30%~40%，主要存在于皮肤、肌肉、骨骼、牙齿、内脏、血管与眼睛处。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">医学博士周建烈告诉本报记者，胶原蛋白是从猪、牛、鱼等皮肤和骨骼经过酶解后提取。“胶原蛋白多肽本身并不含有激素，除非人为添加。雌激素可以检测出来。”</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">中国海洋大学食品科学与工程学院教授李八方对本报表示，胶原蛋白如果加激素类肯定是非法的，因为激素类是药品，在保健食品中添加药品遭大批科学家坚决反对。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">中国保健协会保健品市场工作委员会副秘书长梁晓青称，只要是合格的产品、上市的产品，不能添加任何药品包括激素。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">皮肤老化后失去弹性主要与胶原蛋白流失有关。北京联合大学保健食品功能检测中心主任金宗濂告诉本报记者，胶原蛋白类产品可以保护皮肤水分，能起到一定的祛斑效果。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">周建烈说，研究表明，胶原蛋白多肽对减轻运动员运动后关节炎疼痛效果明显。他援引法国和日本的三项口服胶原蛋白对皮肤效果研究，试验人员每天服用10克胶原蛋白多肽，为期两三个月。结果显示，试验人员皮肤细皱纹减少，含水量增加，皮肤中的胶原蛋白增多。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">但服用胶原蛋白（肽）产品就一定有美容美颜等功效吗？金宗濂说：“这里有个有效率的问题，保健品有效率在60%以上就可获批，所以有些人吃了有效，有些人无效。”李八方则称，胶原蛋白类产品对非常年轻的人没什么必要，但是关节炎患者、中老年人、爱美的女士可以选择这类产品。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;"><b>保健市场发展难题</b></p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">据保健协会统计，我国营养与保健食品的消费需求目前已近万亿，其中拥有完整管理体系的“保健食品（蓝色草帽）”在过去五年间增速超15%，产业规模达到2800亿元。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">在保健业高速增长的同时，目前保健食品行业问题突出，这主要集中表现在“非法生产、非法经营、非法添加和非法宣传等违法违规行为”，对此国家食药监总局6月开展了打击保健食品“四非”专项行动。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">金宗濂将保健品分为三代。第一代产品是在1995年之前，保健品的功能完全依据企业上报，而国家没有试验检测。第二代产品在1995年之后至今，保健品需要通过动物实验和人体试验证明其功能，然后通过行政审批。第三代保健品在经过上述试验来证明其功能外，需阐明其有效成分、结构、量效关系及作用机理。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">“目前我国审批的保健品绝大部分是第二代产品，第三代产品比较少，而日本则已经全部是第三代产品。”金宗濂说。</p><p style="margin-top: 26px; margin-bottom: 26px; font-size: 14px; text-indent: 2em;">王大宏告诉记者，中国保健协会准备建立行业信用体系，分ABC**，最高是3**别，在对企业给予科学评价后，消费者可以通过包装上的信用等级来购买保健品。该信用体系将会征求企业意见，建立需要一段时间。</p></div></div>
