line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　“拉菲价格在2011年2月触顶之后即开始暴跌，至今跌幅已高达40%。”财经评论员、红酒投资收藏专业人士A股十三叔指出，过去在大量游资追捧下，拉菲酒价格不断攀升，“现时，拉菲被拉下神坛。”上述人士表示，从去年下半年开始，以拉菲为首的名庄期酒(酒花)价格开始大幅下滑，今年拉菲2011年期酒的价格已经下跌30%以上。勃艮第一级酒庄期酒价格大都下跌了两三成。</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　记者昨天从伦敦国际葡萄酒交易所(Liv-ex)发布的一份报告中获悉，乐富齐家族旗下的拉菲、拉菲副牌(Carruades)和都夏美隆(Duhart-Milon)的价格自2011年2月份触顶之后急剧下跌，降幅达40%，已接近2010年的水平。而降幅最大的要数拉菲副牌，过去三年跌超46%，一度成为近年表现最差的副牌酒之一。此外，其他名庄酒如拉图、玛歌、木桐的降幅也超过两成。</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　拍卖场是投资收藏葡萄酒兑现的一个重要渠道。在香港的拍卖会上，红酒拍卖行情出现一丝亮色。据了解，在过去一周，扎齐拍卖行和佳士得都在香港举行了大型葡萄酒拍卖会，其中扎齐拍卖行一天就拍售了97%的总拍卖量，成交额超过675000美元，而佳士得三天的拍卖会也非常成功，成交量高，而且成交额也高达900000美元。</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　在扎齐拍卖会上，一箱1969年罗曼尼·康帝园葡萄酒拍出189613美元的高价。在佳士得拍卖会上，一箱1978年的罗曼尼·康帝葡萄酒拍出476000美元的天价，超出其最高估价的2倍多。据悉，这一售价也再次刷新了单瓶酒成交价的世界纪录(每瓶高达39500美元)。</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;"><strong>　　明年保持谨慎乐观</strong></p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　对于未来红酒投资市场的行情，有部分专业人士认为仍有待观察。</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　投资脉搏网专栏作家Manus&nbsp;Ng认为，现在全球经济仍然存在大量不明朗的因素，这无疑令葡萄酒市场同样蒙上一层阴影。但目前Liv-Ex100下跌的幅度已经很大了，最近的情绪指数(不同的机构会定期向投资者询问对投资前景的看法，这个数据被称为情绪指数)也明显转向乐观。“除非再次出现较大的经济危机，否则对葡萄酒投资市场还是可以保持审慎乐观的态度。”</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; width: 586px;">　　建议??</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　要收藏名酒庄的年份酒</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　据著名葡萄酒专家、首席讲师许铁松介绍，葡萄酒本身的特性使得收藏存在巨大风险。首先，葡萄酒贮存收藏要求很高，一旦贮存不当就会变味。其次，葡萄酒归根到底还是一种饮品，有一定的适合饮用时间，“一般超过十几年后就不能再喝了，葡萄酒并不是时间越长越值钱的。”</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　葡萄酒专业人士房大方也表示，葡萄酒要保持原来的品味，对酒窖要求很苛刻，“酒窖成本高，一般投资者不会再投入资金到酒窖建设上，若贮存条件得不到保证，自然质量也得不到保证。”</p><p style="margin: 15px auto; line-height: 24px; width: 586px;">　　“目前市场仅有400多种品类的葡萄酒是适合收藏，国内投资收藏还处于小众化阶段。”他建议，投资者选择名酒庄、名产地以及一些有名的年份酒，可以适当降低投资的风险。</p><p style="margin: 15px auto;
