line-height: 25px;">哥伦比亚共和国是南美洲西北部的一个西班牙语国家，拉丁美洲的人口大国，人口仅次于只排在巴西和墨西哥之后。北临加勒比海。哥伦比亚是南美洲第一个牵头给中国免签的国家，2007年1月1日向中国开放免签，此后这个2006年一年也没有几千中国人去的地方，自免签起，每天都有百十来号中国人到访。2007年4月，哥伦比亚警方一次性逮捕了101名非法入境的中国人，其中大部分人未持有任何身份证。随后哥伦比亚官方在当年5月就取消了这一政策，中国私人护照的免签待遇取消了。</p></div><div class="main-info" style="padding-top: 30px; line-height: 25px;">一些国家曾经一度给中国，开放免签，但是结局并不美好。2008年6月20日，厄瓜多尔总统科雷亚颁布法令，取消了所有国家，包括中国公民的入境签证。当天进入厄瓜多尔的中国人就超过了此前每月进入的总人数约两倍。此后半年，约1.1万中国公民进入该国，但只有不足4000人离开。厄瓜多尔当局怀疑有中国人希望借厄瓜多尔偷渡去美国或者加拿大。该年11月份，厄瓜多尔海岸警备队在领海逮捕了47名企图偷渡到中美洲的中国人。12月1 日，厄瓜多尔改变了对中国的政策，不再给持有普通因私护照的个人免签待遇。</p></div><div class="main-info" style="padding-top: 30px; font-size: 14px; line-height: 25px;">汤加王国位于太平洋西南部赤道附近，由172个大小不等的岛屿组成，是南太平洋临近新西兰的岛屿国家。汤加的国王乔治·图普五世在2009年访问中国，并在中国当场声明在2010年给予中国公民免签待遇。然而由于汤加离新西兰非常近，汤加旁边的岛屿基本上都是新西兰的附属岛。只要借道汤加，就可以轻松坐船偷渡去新西兰。因此，在对中国公民开放落地签后，汤加在极短的时间内就有几百非法滞留者，最终汤加宣布自2010年12月6日起取消对中国公民的落地签证做法，也意味着中国护照的免签再遭折戟。</p></div><div class="main-info" style="padding-top: 30px; line-height: 25px;">除了上面这些通知中国**的国家取消了免签之外，还有包括委内瑞拉、哥斯达黎加等国家因为非法移民问题取消对华因私护照免签，甚至还有一些国家从未通知过中国**、但是悄悄给予中国落地签取消。他们分别是马拉维，巴布亚新几内亚，伊拉克，而东帝汶则需要提前获得批准才可以落地签了，格鲁吉亚的落地签也变得极为艰难。而因近年来中国公民非法入境和滞留现象增多，巴布亚新几内亚将中国视为非法移民高危国家，相关执法部门如移民、警察及安全等部门加大了对中国公民的监控和调查。一旦发现问题，如所持签证与其来巴新目的不符、说不准雇主名称等，即被扣留护照、拘留甚至被遣返。</p></div></div>
