教授，我下了一个订单，后取消普瑞登的订单，关于退款问题，客服回复如下，是啥意思，需要我打电话才能退款吗，还是电邮就可以了。谢谢！

这个客服不管信用卡问题所以建议你打电话。一般砍单不扣钱，等30天自动预授权消除就好。

打个网络电话给客服就可以了，我11号的单子，想取消，打电话后客服说7个工作日退款，我用的paypal，今天凌晨到账了。
